Applications for the 2020 program are now closed. 

Applications for the 2021 program will open in September 2020.

All Pacific women on Australia Awards who will be enrolled at an Australian university / tertiary institution for the first semester of the program's starting year are eligible to apply. 

Applicants must be available to commence the program in Australia in February and available to travel again in the last week of September of the program's first year.

February 2020 – August 2021

Ongoing mentoring, coaching and other tailored support to develop your leadership skills, knowledge and networks

Women with disabilities and/or from traditionally-marginalised groups are encouraged to apply. 

Participants will be required to commit up to 15 days’ face-to-face contact over a 12-month period (February and September).

Some learning modules will be delivered between residential intensives. These are flexible but do require internet access.
